Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all products sold on www.yourskindly.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched from our facility. We encourage you to review product details and ensure you are selecting the correct items before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we offer a limited window for cancelling orders:
- Within 24 hours of Placing the Order: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contactus@yourskindly.in. Once the order is cancelled within this period, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- After 24 Hours (If Not Dispatched): If more than 24 hours have passed since placing the order, cancellation is possible only if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us at contactus@yourskindly.in as soon as possible to check the status of your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, or if the incorrect product is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at contactus@yourskindly.in with your order details and photos of the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the claim, we will either send you a replacement product (if available) or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
