- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates. While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may cause slight variations.
Order Tracking
You can track your order directly on our website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package’s status. Simply visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates.
Undelivered Packages
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you to arrange a reshipment. If the issue persists, the order may be returned to us, and we will issue a refund for the product cost. The refund will not include any additional handling fees incurred due to delivery failures.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to locate and resolve the issue. If the package is not found, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
